230 - The Age 1 Visit in Private Practice: Embrace it and Make it Work for You - Moderator: Craig S. Hollander, D.D.S., Panelists: Lawrence E. Mast, D.D.S., M.S.D., Rocio B. Quinonez, D.M.D., and Howard S. Schneider, D.D.S.
This course is designed for pediatric dental offices that have already established infant and toddler dental programs and for those pediatric dental offices that have not. This program will present a "best practices" approach to infant and toddler dental care. Pediatric dentists from across the country will share how they were able to embrace the concept of the age 1 dental visit to not only examine infants and toddlers, but also counsel parents and care givers on the anticipatory guidance they will need to promote optimal oral health in their children. This course will demonstrate various approaches to create an efficient and viable infant oral health program in private practice. Join us to learn a few "pearls of wisdom" and be prepared to share a few of your own!
