Registration Information

Please review the following information to avoid delays in the processing of your registration and/or housing request.

Advance Registration Deadline

Registration forms submitted via mail must be postmarked on or before Monday, April 14, 2008, to qualify as advance registrations and receive the discounted rates. Registrations submitted via fax or regular mail must be date / time stamped by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on April 14, 2008.

Note: Only members in good standing (those whose 2007-2008 dues are paid in full) are eligible to attend the 2008 Annual Session at the member registration rate.

Registration Fees

All registration fees for the AAPD 61st Annual Session includes all education session (unless otherwise noted), the Welcome Reception, complimentary beverages in exhibit hall and the Scientific Proceedings Manual.

Package Registration includes one (1) ticket to the Recognition Luncheon and one (1) ticket to the Presidents' Farewell Dinner.
Regular Registration includes one (1) ticket for the Welcome Reception.
Additional tickets to Social Events may be purchased separately, but onsite tickets for these functions may be limited.

NOTE: Student registration does not include tickets for any social events. Tickets must be purchased separately.

**Current members of Austral-Asian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Canadian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Colombian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, European Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Korean Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Mexican Academy of Pediatric Dentistry only. MUST include proof of membership.

All paid registrations will receive one (1) ticket to the Welcome Reception.

Student and Child (4+ years of age) registrations must purchase all social event tickets.

What Will You Receive

A meeting packet containing the Final Program Book, Scientific Proceedings manual, name badge, selected tickets and totebag.

NEW this year! You will receive your name badge and all special event tickets in the mail approximately one week prior to the meeting. Please bring these items with you to the meeting.
