Important Information on your Annual Session Housing
Registration and Housing for the 61st AAPD Annual Session is open! Registrants may only book housing once registration is completed.
As was required for the 2007 Annual Session, you will again be required to register for the meeting prior to making your hotel reservation.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing; mail, fax or e-mail accepted.
- Written request for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before May 5, 2008. Annual Session and guest registrations will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
- Refunds will be made after the Annual Session.
- Refunds are not granted for no-shows.
Confirmation of Registration
The AAPD will make every effort to provide all advance registrants with a confirmation of their registration. This notice will verify whether we received your registration prior to the deadline, and if the tickets requested will be issued.
Please check your calculations carefully to avoid unnecessary delays in processing. If you are using MasterCard® or Visa®, provide complete credit card information, including each digit of your credit card number, expiration date, security code number and signature.
Who Needs to Register
Any member or non-member dentist and any dentists' staff, spouse or guest who wants to attend any portion of the Scientific Program. Social event tickets may be purchased separately for anyone who wishes to attend those functions only.
Name Badges
- Name badges must be worn at all times by all registered attendees, including children, in order to gain access to any portion of the Scientific Program or visit the Exhibit Hall and hospitality areas.
- Children's badges are provided without charge up to the age of 21; their names and ages must be listed on the registration form.
Attention Students
- No registration fees for registering in advance with a letter from your program director.
- Eligible to attend Graduate Student Lunch & Learn on Saturday, May 24. However, you must register for this lunch on the registration form under "Section 5: Graduate Student Lunch & Learn".
- Students registering onsite will be assessed a $135 registration fee and will be ineligible to attend the Graduate Student Lunch & Learn.
NOTE: Student registration does not include tickets for any social events. Tickets must be purchased separately.
