The AAPD Section of Pediatric Dentistry will hold its Annual Business meeting prior to its annual scientific program. Please plan on attending both portions of the meeting. These days you can't listen to a news program, read a paper or listen to a presidential debate with out hearing about stem cells. This program will review the latest information on this exciting topic.
Dr. Robey will provide an overview of stem cell technology, the various methods by which they can be obtained, and the potential for their use in treating human diseases. Dr. Mina will discuss the potential use of stem cells in oral and craniofacial disorders. The presentations will be followed by a question and answer session.
