303 - Living, Learning, Legacy: Optimizing the Last Few Decades of Life - Sheila Sheinberg, Ph.D.
This program is suited for all, but is targeted to the established pediatric dentist. What is more important than how you choose to lead your life? Yes, choose. Much of the first halves of our lives are a matter of choices that have been made for us - by society, by our parents, by social custom. But the second halves of our lives are our own choices.
In this life-changing day, you will see your life as a series of life-crafting opportunities, flowed by formative transitions and challenging transformations; awaken a passion to make the most of you 30-year life bonus; be empowered to craft a positive third age identity; discover strategies to redefine work, balancing work and play, freedom and intimacy and taking and giving; and experience the opportunity to build a more caring personal, professional and community life.
At the end of the day, you will be able to step into more purposeful living by designing your own living life mosaic and seizing the invitation of a lifetime. See the opportunity to go beyond your current life course, to choose the life that best suits who you are today, who you are becoming, who you can be, and to choose the payback in leaving a legacy to shape the world.
